Beth Moskovic

Beth Moskovic is a Relationship Coach for women and couples and a Mikvah educator. A native Montrealer, Beth received her Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology from McGill University in 2003 and in 2019 her coaching certifications in Marriage and Intimacy and Mikvah education.

As a Marriage and Intimacy Coach, Beth guides women and couples to take on healthier habits in themselves and their relationship. Beth is also very passionate about health and wellness, particularly in nutrition, movement, and bringing less toxins into daily living. She is always learning, growing, and sharing best practice with her clients. Most of her training and experience comes from being a wife and mom of six beautiful children.

Carly Flam

Carly Flam is a partner at Robinson Shepard Shapiro’s Family Law Group. Her practice focuses on separation and divorce for married and unmarried spouses, custody, child and spousal support, asset partition, matrimonial regimes, unjust enrichment, and pre-marital planning. She has developed a particular expertise in navigating high net worth divorce cases involving hidden income, trusts and other complex financial structures, as well as cross-border issues and jurisdictional disputes.

Carly is a passionate advocate, a strategic thinker and a pragmatic problem- solver. While she is recognized for her litigation skills, Carly is also focused on providing clients with the support, empathy and guidance they need during challenging moments.

Dr. Manon Charlebois

Dr. Charlebois obtained her medical degree in 2002 and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Montreal. In clinical practice since 2008, she turned to integrative medicine in 2015 and became a licensed medical acupuncturist recognized by the Collège des médecins du Québec in 2021.

She trained in medical acupuncture at Harvard and in electro-acupuncture and neurofunctional approaches at McMaster University. She is pursuing certification in Japanese acupuncture in New York and training in chronic pain management at McGill University.

Dr. Charlebois combines her expertise in gynecology, obstetrics, medical acupuncture, and neuroscience to offer a holistic approach to health. She favors a collaborative approach with her patients, focusing on prevention, mind-body balance, and disease treatment. By taking into account the uniqueness of each woman, she aims to maintain overall well-being, addressing individual needs while fostering physical and emotional harmony.

Dr. Vicky Tagalakis

Dr. Vicky Tagalakis is Associate Chair of the Department of Medicine at McGill University and Physician-in-Chief of Medicine at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal. She is a Research Scientist in the Centre of Epidemiology and Community of Studies, Lady Davis Institute for Medical Research, Jewish General Hospital. Her clinical interest is in the diagnosis and management of venous thrombotic disorders and her principal research interests focus primarily on the epidemiology of venous thrombosis primarily in cancer patients. She has held over $10 million in grants and authored more than 100 peer-reviewed publications. She co-leads the CanVECTOR Population and Health Services Research Platform, a national network that uses large scale administrative databases to conduct population-based studies on quality of care and effectiveness related to the management of venous thromboembolism. She was the Director of the General Internal Medicine residency program at McGill from 2003-2016. During her tenure, she led transformative changes in the training program with the establishment of a two-year residency program at McGill in 2003 and helped lead the establishment of the national standards of training for the specialty of General Internal Medicine in 2015. Between 2016 and June 2023, she led the academic mission of the McGill University Division of General Internal Medicine which includes over sixty highly accomplished faculty members from across three hospitals, comprising of national and international renowned researchers, teachers and educators, quality improvement leaders, and clinician innovators. She has been recognized for her teaching and mentorship having received the Jewish General Hospital Department of Medicine Teacher of the Year award and the McGill Department of Medicine Mentor of the Year award.

Elizabeth Wasserman

Elizabeth Wasserman is co-founder of Ask Elina, an AI mentor and community platform providing evidence-based guidance to women navigating perimenopause and menopause. She previously founded and led Mate1.com, an online dating platform that served over 50 million users globally and was recognized as a pioneer in performance marketing before its sale in 2017. Since then, Liz has also been an active angel investor and startup advisor, mentoring entrepreneurs through programs including Techstars, FounderFuel, and Founder Institute.

Erica Diamond

Jennifer Warner

Jennifer Warner, LL.B., LL.M Tax is a lawyer and tax specialist. She joined Crowe BGK in 2012. While working at the firm, she earned a Masters Degree in Tax. She has developed in-depth expertise in cross-border and international tax, corporate tax and estate planning services that she deploys for a wide variety of Crowe BGK’s clients. She enjoys working with her clients, tailoring tax solutions to their short-term and long-term goals. She delivers results while delivering peace of mind for her clients. Jennifer has also published articles in the Canadian Tax Journal on U.S. interactions with Canadian estates.

Karen Flam

Karen has been the Director of the Donald Berman Maimonides Geriatric Centre Foundation since 2002 and the Director of the Donald Berman Jewish Eldercare Foundation since 2014. She oversees matters of major gifts, governance, succession, finance, investments, planned giving, digital giving and marketing as well as major events. She reports to two strong and vibrant Boards of Directors.

As Foundation Director, Karen has led the DB Maimonides Foundation to raise over $44M, including the $7.5M Suite Dreams capital renovation campaign and the two Donald Berman transformational gifts. The Donald Berman Jewish Eldercare Foundation has completed its own $1.5M Suite Dreams Campaign and been the recipient of a Donald Berman transformational gift as well.

Prior to becoming involved in philanthropy, Karen worked as a child psychologist for many years. With more than 25 years of not-for-profit leadership and management experience, Karen has shared her expertise by serving on several Boards of Directors and chairing and speaking at numerous national and international conferences. She is the recipient of the Nora and Joe Rubin Leadership Award given by the Montreal YM-YWHA. She has been given the prestigious Herb Shore Award of Honor and the Professional of the Year award by the Association of Jewish Aging Services. She has recently been appointed to the Executive Committee of the Association of Jewish Aging Services, based in Washington, DC. In Montreal, Karen has served on the Advisory Board of Trafalgar School and has participated in the mentor program for women in the MBA program at the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University. She serves on the board of the Montreal based Art For Healing Foundation.

Kristine Beese

Kristine helps women reduce their anxiety and gain clarity about their money. She does this by showing clients where they are today, deciding where they want to be in the future, and knowing how they are going to get there.

Kristine is a former national pairs figure skater who brings tenacity and bravery to her role as a founder. A problem-solver by nature, her P.Eng. helps her look at problems from a first-principle perspective. And with over a decade in the finance industry, she used all her knowledge to redesigned the financial planning process to be a more effective communicatIon tool, that works best for women.

As a woman and a mom, Kristine has learned through lived experience in male-dominated industries that women experience the world differently from men. This is especially true for our finances. It was critically important that the solution we developed works for women and is based on women-specific data.

Laure Goubau

Laure is a certified executive coach and the founder of Gloriacoach.com. Gloria provides executive coaching that helps women advance at work while navigating health needs. We support clients across Canada, including in IVF, maternity, perimenopause, and burnout contexts.

For over ten years, Laure was a trusted advisor to partners and leaders in professional services. Navigating through complex dynamics, she has led strategic initiatives related to talent management, retention, performance evaluation, and recruitment. She has also directed local and national projects focused on advancing women, mental health, and EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion). She was a litigator at a major Canadian law firm before shifting to professional development.

Laure has a B.A. in Political Science from McGill University and Law degrees from the University of Ottawa (LL.L) and Université de Montréal (LL.B./JD). She is a Certified Partner for the Individual Directions Inventory (IDI) and Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA 360) Psychometric assessments from MRG. She also has a certification in trauma-informed coaching.

Lindsay Hollinger

Prior to cofounding Granite, Lindsay was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Jarislowsky Fraser Limited, where she advised individuals, families, foundations, and endowments in the Private Wealth division beginning in 2014.

Before transitioning to wealth management, Lindsay practiced tax law at McCarthy Tétrault LLP for five years. She remains an active member of the Québec Bar Association.

Since 2022, Lindsay has served as a lecturer at McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management. She regularly speaks on topics such as financial literacy, investing, and strategic philanthropy to a wide range of audiences, including corporate teams, non-profit organizations, and university faculties.
Lindsay is deeply involved in the Montreal community. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Jewish General Hospital Foundation, contributing to both the Investment Committee and the Strategic Planning Committee. Since 2014, she has also been a board member of the Jewish Community Foundation.

Lindsay holds a B.A. (Honours) in Philosophy from Queen’s University, and earned her BCL/LLB with distinction from McGill University. She later completed a LL.M. in Taxation at HEC Montréal and is a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM).

Marie-Hélène Laramée

Marie-Hélène Laramée is a professional mechanical and aeronautical engineer, with a diverse and unique career path that serves as an inspiration for change. Her life taking an unexpected turn with a double cancer diagnosis in her early 30s, has led her to reinvent herself and self-purpose over the last decade, going from the esoteric world of flight simulation and pilot training, to becoming the President and CEO of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) Foundation in October 2023.

Trading in her software coding skills for philanthropic and community leadership, she is today responsible for raising millions of dollars for the foremost research and teaching hospital in Quebec, Canada. The MUHC Foundation is driving cutting-edge research that will find the cures of tomorrow and change the course of lives and medicine. In her role, she is shaping, evolving, and continuously improving healthcare provision and research through ambitious fundraising strategies within a complex environment with multiple stakeholders. She leads the development and operations teams and works to broaden and deepen the community’s commitment to the Hospital and Research Institute’s highest priorities. In 2025, she received the prestigious Physician-in-Chief Award from the McGill Department of Medicine for her outstanding contributions and exemplary service to the Department.

Prior to this role, Marie-Hélène was the Vice President, Philanthropic Development at Centraide (United Way) of Greater Montreal, where she honed her craft by leading the organization’s fundraising team and all its philanthropic initiatives to strengthen the social fabric of Greater Montreal in the fight against poverty and social exclusion.

Marie-Hélène graduated from Mechanical Engineering with distinction from McGill University in Montreal. She proved a rising star as a project manager and aircraft systems simulation specialist for Commercial Aircraft, during a 15-year career as an aeronautical engineer at CAE, the world leader in flight simulation and training.

Marie-Hélène first entered philanthropy professionally as the Director of Corporate Partnerships at the Montreal Jewish General Hospital Foundation in 2013. She acted as interlocutor with the business community to develop opportunities and philanthropic strategies commensurate with their corporate social responsibility initiatives. As two-time cancer survivor and oncology patient, she was inspired to leave her engineering career to dedicate herself to improving the services and quality of life for all.

In addition to being a mother and step-mother to four teenagers, Marie-Hélène’s daily mission is to contribute actively to building a thriving community, where everyone has access to excellence in health care.

Marilyn Piccini Roy

Marilyn Piccini Roy is a Partner and Head of the Estates, Wills and Trusts Group at Robinson Sheppard Shapiro LLP in Montreal, practising in the areas of estates, trusts, regimes of protective supervision and elder law. She is a former adjunct professor and sessional lecturer at the Faculty of Law of McGill University. She has written numerous articles and presented seminars and conference papers on successions, trusts and elder law, and was a long-standing member of the editorial board of Estates, Trusts & Pensions Journal.

She is an Academician and former Secretary and Councilor of The International Academy of Estate and Trust Law, an active member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, an International Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and a past president and now honorary member of the Canadian Bar Association national wills, estates and trusts executive.

She is ranked in Band 1 of Chambers HNW, recognized in Lexology Index Client Choice and has been recommended since 2020 as a Global Leader in the Private Client Category. She has been rated in Best Lawyers since 2008 and she was selected as Best Lawyer of the Year, Trusts and Estates, Montreal, Quebec in 2012 and 2020. She is listed annually in Lexpert for Estate and Personal Tax Planning. She is rated “AV Preeminent” for her skills and ethics in Martindale-Hubbell. In 2013, she was designated Lawyer Emeritus by the Bar of Quebec.

Marissa  Lydynia

Marissa provides estate, trust and incapacity planning services to Québec-based clients of Solus Trust, and offers support services to individuals appointed as liquidator, mandatary and trustee. Previously, Marissa worked for nearly 10 years in private practice at a well-known Montreal law firm, where she specialized in wills and estate law.

Marissa has a practical and sensitive approach in handling all trust and estate-related matters. She applies her extensive knowledge of trust, estate and tax law to provide financial advisors and their clients with personalized solutions.

Marissa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and a Bachelor of Law degree from the l’Université de Montréal. Marissa is a board member of the Lord Reading Law Society, and is involved with a variety of charitable organizations in Montreal.

Tegan Webster

Tegan Webster earned her BA in Psychology and Philosophy from Queen’s University before pursuing social work at McGill University, where she completed her Bachelor’s degree. She went on to earn her Master’s in Social Work at New York University.

In 2006, Tegan returned to Montreal and joined Auberge Shalom pour femmes, an organization supporting women and children affected by Intimate Partner Violence (IPV). Auberge Shalom provides shelter, counselling, and advocacy to help survivors heal and rebuild their lives.

Tegan began her career there as a shelter social worker, later transitioning to the counselling office, where she continues to provide psychotherapy to women. Alongside her clinical work, she has developed a strong focus on legal advocacy, supporting clients as they navigate the justice system. She co-founded the Access to Justice program after seeing first-hand how quality legal representation can transform lives and open pathways to safety and freedom.

Over her 19 years with Auberge Shalom, Tegan has combined her professional dedication with raising three children (ages 14, 10, and 8), balancing advocacy, community service, and family life.
